Primavolt Energy Infrastructure Appoints Ziyad Ali as Executive Vice President
Veteran energy executive and battery storage pioneer brings more than two decades of leadership across development, EPC, power generation, and energy storage to lead Primavolt's Engineering & Technology platform.
Houston, Texas — July 17, 2026 — Primavolt Energy Infrastructure (PEI), a company dedicated to developing and delivering critical energy infrastructure, today announced the appointment of Ziyad Ali as Executive Vice President, Engineering, Technology and Strategic Sourcing. In this role, Ali will lead Primavolt's Engineering & Technology team as the company advances its platform across dispatchable traditional and renewable power generation, energy storage, and transmission infrastructure.
Ali brings more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning Asia, Europe, and North America in Development, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC); traditional power generation; renewable energy; and energy storage solutions. He is one of the pioneers of the stationary electrical storage industry, with more than 15 years of experience in grid-scale battery storage, having delivered over 16 GWh of battery storage across the North American grid and a proven track record of more than 9 GW of power generation delivered globally.
His track record of delivering complex, first-of-its-kind, capital-intensive projects across multiple energy sectors positions him to lead Primavolt's engineering and technology team as the company pursues meaningful growth in the current infrastructure buildout cycle.
