Description

The 1969 Hungarian 100 forint coin is composed of 0.640 silver, weighs 22 g and is 37 mm in diameter. 12,000 copies were issued in BU quality and 3,000 in Proof. The coin commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Republic of Councils, featuring on the reverse the figure of a revolutionary based on the poster by Róbert Berény.
