Description

The Portuguese 2$50 coin displays traditional symbols. Made of cupronickel, weighs 8 g, with a diameter of 26 mm. It represents national heritage and was widely issued, common in circulation. On the back it presents the boat that was very important for the Discoveries, the Caravela.
