All donations made to OneHeartOneFam are considered voluntary contributions and are non-refundable, except under the circumstances outlined below.

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  1. Duplicate Donations

If a donor accidentally submits multiple donations for the same amount, we will refund the duplicate payment(s) upon request.

  1. Incorrect Donation Amount

If a donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount entered), a partial or full refund may be issued.

  1. Unauthorized Transactions

If a donation was made without the donor’s authorization, we will review the request and may issue a refund after verification.

  • Submit a request within 7–14 days of the donation date

  • Provide the following details:

  • Full name

  • Donation date

  • Donation amount

  • Reason for the refund request
