The 2000 Leke of Albania banknote, issued in 2020, features the portrait of Gentius of Illyria and the Bank of Albania building on the obverse. The reverse features the Albanian coat of arms, the medicinal herb Gentiana lutea and the ancient amphitheater of Butrint. Measuring 146 × 72 mm, it is made of paper.
