Eswatini’s 50 Emalangeni note, launched in May 2024, commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Central Bank of Eswatini. The note has advanced security features, such as the color-changing RollingStar® i+ security line and the RollingStar® Patch, with mirror technology and dynamic effects that are difficult to replicate. The obverse features the portrait of King Mswati III and the national coat of arms, while the reverse shows King Mswati III International Airport and Emlembe mountain, symbolizing the country’s progress and cultural heritage.
